Make A Difference Leadership Foundation believes in a generation of visionary leaders for South Africa. South Africa is, however, faced with the challenge of a two-tiered educational system which means that many learners in South Africa receive a quality education while others do not. Through engaging our three domains of change – Education and Employability; Agency and Resilience; Social Awareness and Community – Make A Difference Leadership Foundation strives to create equity in educational opportunities and facilitate leadership development among our scholars. In this way, scholars can achieve their full professional and personal potential while acting as agents of change in their communities.

With our Leadership Development Programme, Impact, our scholars are equipped, not only to effect positive change in society through values-based leadership, but also to develop skills and competencies to ensure their success in a world where change is constant and, learning never stops.
